The MediathekView desktop client , which is available for
Windows, Linux and MacOS, can help. He needs Java on the computer, which is
already included in the packages offered. The tool can be downloaded from the
project page under Download . The most convenient variant for Windows is the
EXE installer.
Then call up the EXE file to carry out the setup. A wizard
guides you through the few installation steps. When you start it for the first
time, you can adjust various settings or you can start right away by clicking
the Start with default settings button . As with the web version, you have the
option of using terms in the search field to limit the hits without additional
filters. In this case, the subject and title are searched as mentioned above.
To set filters, click the funnel icon to the left of the
search field. In the window that nowadays opens, you can compile the filters
using control elements such as checkboxes and text fields. There stays no need
to deal with cryptic abbreviations for the selectors. You can then download the
desired title in the automatically displayed hit list by clicking on the
download symbol next to the program. In addition to the destination path, the
file name and video quality can also be adjusted in the save dialog. Now
activate the Start download immediately checkbox and click OK - the download
will then start automatically in the background.
Rotate the table using the text field
With the first method, the table can be rotated freely. For
this to work, however, you need a text field for assistance. You can place this
under your table by switching to the Insert tab. Then click in the group text
on the button text box and select Simple Text Box from.
Microsoft Word for Windows
For the first option, you need a text
field. To do this, switch to the "Insert" tab in the ribbon.
In the text field you will find a standard text
automatically added and selected by Word, which you can simply delete. Now mark
your entire table and cut it either via the context menu or shortcut Ctrl + X
from. Then switch to the text field and paste the contents of the clipboard
using Ctrl + V or via the context menu.
You will probably have to adjust the size of the text field
a little afterwards, which you can easily do using the round handles on the
edge. The text field now offers the option to realign it. To do this, place the
cursor anywhereJobin the field so that a symbol in the form of an arrow appears
above it. If you click on it whereas holding down the left mouse button, the
text field can be rotated in all directions, for example to landscape format.
02Use form format
Who works with the mouseis too tedious, switch to Drawing
Tools / Shape Format in the menu ribbon (in newer Word versions the tab is just
called Format instead ) and click on the icon with the two small triangles in
the Arrange group . Now rotate the text field using the given values. Instead,
you can also make individual settings under More Rotation Options .
With the second option, the table itself cannot be rotated,
but the text alignment can be adjusted. To do this, first select the desired
cells or the entire table. Then switch to the ribbon and click on Layout under
Table Tools . In the Alignment group, choose Text Direction . With this option
you cannot enter a specific value, but go through the available directions with
each click.
